Experience: Luca is currently leading the business development group which benefits from his background in product design. Luca has developed successful products in the start-up environment as well as a corporate environment, including the launch of a technology device currently being used by our special forces oversees. Prior to joining Hallmark, Luca worked with super alloys and managed a production facility in the aerospace industry.
Education: BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at San Diego. MBA in Finance/Entrepreneurship from San Diego State University
